Our products are handcrafted by specialized craftsmen. Therefore, it takes around 10-12 working days for processing the item. We make all our efforts to send every order as quickly as possible. Tracking number with carrier details will be provided after shipping the item.

We accept all payment through secured payment platform of Paypal. Thus, it is secured. Your payment will come under paypal buyer protection .

Please contact us before ordering for a wholesale discount. We will respond to all emails within 48 hours. Please let us know which items you would like and how many of each item. We will offer bulk discounts, which you can find for orders between 3-20+ items of the same product.

In case you would like to cancel the order, please contact us immediately via our contact page. We will respond to all emails within 24 hours. Once the order request has been processed by our craftsman (generally within 2-3 days), your order cannot be canceled.

We do accept return of item and will refund 100% amount in case the same is made within 7 days of receiving the item. Please note that the items should be returned in its original condition along with the certificate and customer has to pay return shipping charges.
